myHill Cycling is run by a cyclist of 40 years and I provide fully personalised bicycle servicing.
This might be building a bike, upgrading a single component, or a full service to make your bike feel like new.
As a cyclist myself, I know how important your machine is to you, so you can be confident that your pride and joy will be in safe hands and I will treat your bike as if it was my own.
Free collection and delivery service offered in the Wingerworth area (this service is available for areas further afield for a small fee). All types of bikes worked on including ebikes (excluding electronics) and MTBs (excluding suspension), and all makes of components: Shimano, SRAM, Hope, Campagnolo, Tektro, Magura etc.

PRICES
Labour is charged at £30/hour with a minimum charge of £15. Parts are charged at cost price.
The majority of jobs will be around 1 hour.
THE myHill Bike Care SERVICE
I don't offer different standards of servicing - I offer just one and that's GOLD service!
I see no point in returning your bike to you unless it it's good to go for another 12 months.
The service is £100** for a bike with cable operated brakes and £120** for a bike with hydraulic brakes and includes:

Bike stripped down, inspected and cleaned

Gear hanger alignment checked

Derailleurs, chain, cassette and chain-set removed and degreased

Headset disassembled, cleaned out and regreased

Bearings and bolts all checked and re-greased where necessary

Bike reassembled* with fresh grease or anti-seize paste where necessary

Brake bleed and caliper/pad alignment (if hydraulic brakes)

Brake cable replacement (if cable operated brakes)

A full written report detailing the work done
*Before reassembly, the following will be checked to see if they need replacing: chain, brake pads/blocks, rotors, gear cables, cable housing, cassette, tyres/tubes. If replacement is needed, I will get in touch with a price for the addition parts and labour.
**The service charge is based on the job taking approximately 3 hours. If the service will take considerably longer due to the condition of the bike, the client will be informed and additional work will be charged at £30/hour.
